Important Travel Update: Changes to First Bus 905 Service – 2nd to 13th June First Bus has informed us of temporary changes to the 905 Service due to the next phase of the Cadent gas main renewal project in Brundall. From Monday 2nd June to Friday 13th June, The Street in Brundall will be fully closed, which will affect the usual route. Students who normally use stops on The Street should make their way to an alternative stop during this period. Morning Journey Towards Acle Academy: The 905 Service will follow its usual route through Great Plumstead and onto the A47, continuing as far as the McDonald's roundabout. At this point, the bus will: Turn around and head back towards Norwich on the A47. Take the exit for Postwick. Turn left onto Church Road. Take the first left onto Brundall Low Road. Follow this road to the T-junction and turn left onto Cucumber Lane. Continue along Cucumber Lane until reaching the McDonald's roundabout again. Take the 3rd exit onto Yarmouth Road Afternoon Journey Towards Great Plumstead and Little Plumstead: The 905 Service will follow its normal route through Blofield. However, instead of turning left at the Kings Head onto Stocks Lane, the bus will: Continue straight ahead onto Yarmouth Road. Proceed to the McDonald's roundabout and take the first exit onto Cucumber Lane. Follow Cucumber Lane until the left-hand bend, then turn right onto Postwick Lane. Continue along Postwick Lane before bearing right onto Church Road. Turn left onto Yarmouth Road, where the service will rejoin its usual route. These changes are in place to accommodate the road closure on The Street in Brundall and ensure minimal disruption to service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
